THE CASTING PROCESS
Jewelry casting is an art form that has been in existence for thousands of years. Since the time that man attained the ability to melt metal, artisans have been pouring molten gold into cavities shaped in stone, plaster, sand, and cuttlefish bone.
THE FINISHING TOUCHES
The final touching up and polishing of jewelry items are important to ensure that the surface is defect-free and smooth, in order to reflect incident light uniformly.
QUALITY CONTROL
Quality Control is applied at each step of the handcrafting process and after jewelry polishing, this is carried out as follows: Waxing, Polishing, Soldering/Assembling, Setting, Finishing. Our quality control team in each department, ensuring the quality standards are not only met but exceed our customer's expectation.
